How matching works

  1. You tell us the roles, countries, budget and timeline.
  2. We check the request is complete and the email belongs to a real business.
  3. We reply with the employment route that fits and which providers are worth a call, using our published criteria. Providers cannot pay to change that.
  4. Only if you agreed, and only after telling you who, we introduce you.

FAQ

Is global payroll different from an EOR?

Yes. Payroll software runs pay for employees you already employ through your own entities; an EOR is the employer.

What happens after I submit?

We review each request by hand, check that the details are complete and that the email belongs to a real business, and reply to you from our own address. Nothing is sent to any provider until we tell you who and you agree.

Does it cost me anything?

No. Providers may pay us when you choose to work with them, which never changes what we write about them. See the affiliate disclosure.

Who sees my details?

Only us. If you tick the consent box we may later introduce you to up to three relevant providers and will tell you which first. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
