Quick answers
Is the minimum wage the same as what I should pay?
No. It is the legal floor. Market pay for skilled remote roles is usually well above it, and collective agreements or regional rules can set a higher floor.
How current are these figures?
Each country block shows the date it was verified and lists what we could not confirm. Minimum wages are often reset on 1 January or mid-year, so check the official notice before you issue a contract.
Does an EOR change the minimum wage I owe?
No. The employer of record is the legal employer, but the statutory floor applies to the employment either way.
